Support Ticket History
When a Support Ticket is created, you may view/reply to these tickets via the Client Area.
To view your Support Ticket History (as well as reply if needed), you can do the following:
- Click on Support within the Client Area
- Click the drop-down next to your name, and click My activities
From here, you can see all of your support tickets as well as the ticket ID (request #). If you would like to view the responses, click on the blue Subject hyperlink
- You will see that you can reply to tickets, as well as include attachments from this section
