Here at Create we always believe in putting the needs of our customers first. That's why we are constantly updating out customer support knowledge base. We also have our support team available around the clock ready to respond to any phone calls or chats. In the case that phone or even chat support may not be available, you will always have access to create a ticket that will be addressed as soon as an available agent can help respond and resolve your issue. In this article we will go over the different areas where you can create a chat with one of our chat agents located in our home base of Houston, Texas or create a support ticket of which will be responded to in a timely manner.
If by chance you haven't joined the Create family yet you still have the option to reach out to us directly by going to our home page at Create.com. Once on the home page you'll see a Need Help pop up in the bottom left of the screen.
After clicking on the Need Help pop up you will have several options to reach our support team:
- The Request a callback option will immediately put your request in the call queue that will automatically call you back when we have an available agent. Your call is added directly in the queue with all existing calls in the order it was received in.
- Our Live Chat option will connect you directly with one of our available support agents for live assistance in real time.
- Leave a message is our ticket create system that will allow you to select the category, issue type and even upload any screenshots or documents as needed.
If you are a current customer of Create, you can reach the same options as above by clicking on a similar pop up in the customer portal. While logged into your portal the pop up support box will first list suggested knowledge base articles, and allows you to search for any particular articles you need.
To reach the full knowledge base and support page you can click the support icon on the left of the customer portal, or going directly to Support.create.com. Here you have all of the same options to reach us by either creating a ticket or chat, as well as calling directly through the support page.
