How Can I View My Support Ticket History?

Support Ticket History

When a Support Ticket is created, you may view/reply to these tickets via the Client Area.

 

To view your Support Ticket History (as well as reply if needed), you can do the following:

  1. Click on Support within the Client Area canvas.png
  2. Click the drop-down next to your name, and click My activitiesmyactivities.png
  3. From here, you can see all of your support tickets as well as the ticket ID (request #). If you would like to view the responses, click on the blue Subject hyperlink

    1. You will see that you can reply to tickets, as well as include attachments from this section
