Viewing Current Resource Usage
There are a few different methods in which you can view your account's current resource usage:
Top (via Command Line)
You can view your current resource usage via SSH or via cPanel's Terminal Application by utilizing the command Top. Top is a default Linux command that allows users to monitor system resource usage and running processes on Linux.

Resource Usage (via cPanel)
Your cPanel will also provide details regarding resource usage. Once you have opened the Resource Usage Application in cPanel (found under the Metrics Section), you will be provided with a summary of your account.
In the above image, you will see that currently, this domain has not had any issues within the past 24 hours. However, you may see one of the following messages:
Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours - Your account has exceeded one or more resource limits within the last 24 hours. cPanel will display more information about which resource (or resources) triggered the limit.
Your site might hit resource limits soon - This is a prelimary warning that your account is likely going to hit a resource limit in the near future. cPanel will display more information about which resource is at risk of triggering a limit.
How Can I See Detailed Information Regarding My Resource Usage?
To see detailed information regarding your resource usage, you can click either the Current Usage Tab or the Details Button:
You are able to filter both the Timeframe as well as the Time Unit, to locate specific issues from days to even minutes.
Snapshots
PID - This is the process ID
CMD - This provides the actual command the process ran
CPU - This is the CPU usage utilized by the process
MEM - This is the amount of MB utilized by the process
*Please note that If the resource limit message relates to a database, use the Database Queries tab to see information about problem queries. Alternatively, you can use the HTTP Queries tab to view information about issues with HTTP.
