When your new account is provisioned with Create and you need to either connect your domain to Wordpress, or simply point it after your website is uploaded, a DNS (Domain Name System) change is required at your registrar. If you ordered a domain with your hosting account, the nameservers will fill in automatically. If you purchased your domain with another company like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Yahoo Domains, etc...you will need to make the nameserver change at your registrar where the domain was purchased.
To find your nameservers, either reference your welcome email when you signed up, or check the information tab from https://billing.create.com. In the two examples below, we can see the nameservers are:
ns1.create.com
ns2.create.com
Next you will need to login to your domain registrar and apply the two nameservers to the domain you wish to point to your Create account. Once set, DNS propagation will need to take place and it may be up to 12-48 hours before it completes.
