How to use a Temp URL in WordPress Hosting

With the WordPress Hosting you have the option to use a temp url to build a site on and then at a later date update the url to use one of your existing domain name. Below we will go over on how add site to the WordPress hosting package while using a temp url and how to update it to be your domain name. 

 

How to add a site using a Temp URL

  1. Log into billing.create.com

  2. Click on "WordPress" on the left tool bar

  3. Click on "+Add Site" button on the top right side of the page

  4. In the pop up select "Auto generate domain name - Develop the site without owning a domain." and then click submit

  5. Once the wordpress site has been created using the temp url it take you to the overview page. On this page it will display the temp url that you can use to build your site on.

 

 

 

How to change the Temp URL 

 

  1. Log into billing.create.com

  2.  Click on "WordPress" On the left tool bar

  3. Click on "Edit Domain" under the Website Preview section

  4. In the popup enter the new domain name and click "Change Domain"
